Today, UFC President, Dana White, confirmed long standing rumors that the winner of Saturday’s Paul Daley vs. Josh Koscheck bout will not only get the next title shot against current welterweight champion, Georges St. Pierre, but will also serve as the opposing coach to the popular French-Canadian on the next season of The Ultimate Fighter.

TUF 12 will begin production in a few weeks and debut September 15 on Spike. The impending title fight is tentatively scheduled for sometime in December.

The upcoming season will focus solely on the lightweight division.
